They protested bad business practices, that is. Yesterday, Gerhard Rivera of FlingItGirl was around in Denver for the Democratic National Convention and noticed people were bugging him about his t-shirt. Well, he happened to be wearing our “Your Mom Is Not A Valid Test Market” shirt. A quick tweet later and we were all laughs as we pictured the confused faces in Denver. We thought this was awesome and deserved a quick mention. Thanks for repping VC Wear Gerhard.

As any good investor knows, PIPEs are where its at. Wikipedia, my favorite source for trusted financial information, stated that the PIPE-ing trend I started in my early days as an investor is now back to $20B/yr transaction level. Everybody’s doing it!
